SHOP POLICY

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is eligible on orders over the total amount of $60.00 before taxes and discounts. All orders will be processed within 1 to 4 days and shipped on the following business days, Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the last business day after 2 pm, it will be shipped on the next business day, starting Monday. This applies to both STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping methods. Please note that THE JLX LABEL is committed to ensuring that all customers receive their package promptly based on the chosen delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), except on national holidays when there might be a delay. For all orders in the United States, allow shipping within 3-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Orders from outside the United States, allow shipping to take up to 7 – 10 business days (not including weekends & holidays). All customers should confirm the address where the package will be delivered, as well as verify the preferred payment method is up to date with sufficient funds before processing. All sales are final unless stated otherwise. 

 

TRACKING

All tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are sent with the email provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking number says that the package has been “DELIVERED” yet you have not received your package, you will have to contact the shipping carrier.  

 

RETURNS & REFUND

Returns are generally allowed, except for sunglasses, lip gloss, and handmade accessories, unless they are reported as broken. Handmade accessories in the Detailed by Design Collection may not be eligible for return due to tarnishing. Each item comes with a polishing cloth and maintenance instructions.

 Any requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date of the customer's purchase order.

 

Footwear and handbags are eligible for return under the following conditions:

I. The items must be unworn, with no evidence of outside wear or tear, and be in their original condition without any marks, tears, or damage. Customers may try on the items but are responsible for preventing any damage, scuffs, tears, or dirt to qualify for a return.

II. In case of damage during shipping, customers may choose to:

a.) Exchange the damaged item for the same or a different color/product of the same value as the original purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

b.) Request a full refund for the damaged item. A store credit or a return to the original payment method may be provided upon request.

III. If your order arrives later than expected, we apologize for the inconvenience and will issue a refund via store credit or the original form of payment.

 

Please remember the following instructions for returning items:

  • All returning items must be accompanied by picture(s) providing proof of damage or defect.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • The return must comply with our shop return policy to qualify for a refund.  

 

Your first return is free of charge. For eligible returns after the first one, the customer will be responsible for purchasing their return label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, or a store credit will be provided. Customers expecting refunds to their original payment method should allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on the bank statement. All customers requesting a return must adhere to the shop's policy and agree to submit and fill out the return request form completely. It is at the owner of THE JLX LABEL's discretion to determine whether the requested return items are approved and qualify for a full refund. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, and eligible refunds will be returned based on subtotal with or without a discount applied.
